Abstract

Lymphangiomas are benign tumors diagnosed mainly in childhood. They are usually located in the head, neck and armpit, rarely appearing on the chest wall. The first diagnostic test to be done is an ultrasound of the lesion. Once the diagnosis has been established, there are several therapeutic approaches: expectant, sclerotherapy and surgical resection. We present the case of a 6-year-old girl who consulted for a chest tumor during the COVID-19 pandemic, making the diagnosis of thoracic cystic lymphangioma thanks to telematic care and teleconsultation with hospital care.
