Abstract
Parvovirus B19 infection is quite frequent in childhood. Since March 2024 European countries, included Spain, have reported increased detection of this virus. In healthy children the infection is mild, usualy in the form of erytema infectiosum. We report a 6 years old healthy patient who apart from rash he complains of fatigue, feet joints and superficial cervical lymph nodes for two weeks. Once the illness is resolved, neutropenia was detected, lasting for 2 months.
