Abstract

The Scarlet Fever is an infectious disease caused by strains of Streptococcus pyogenes, which synthesize pyrogenic exotoxin, resulting in a exanthema. Recurrent attacks are rare and can be mistaken for similar diseases. Some childrens, howewer, suffer from multiple attacks. The objective of this work is to report four cases of recurrent Scarlet Fever.
