Abstract

Developmental oriented attention and psychomotor development supervision are one of the main tasks of Health Primary Care. In this paper authors describe different scales of measurement of psychomotor development and its predictive values. This paper also describes other measures as breastfeeding promotion, Kangaroo mothers program, neurodevelopmental interventions and infant home visit as part of oriented development attention. Authors pay attention to other scales for screening of cerebral palsy in high risk infants. Finally the end of the paper is devoted to screening of spectrum autistic disorders to be used in high risk children.
