Abstract
We start with this article the publication of a series of cases in pediatric endocrinology that are a frequent consultation in primary care. Although most of them have to be referred to specialist care, it is interesting to know the final diagnosis and the treatment. This first case is a 6 year old girl with pubarche. Differential diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
