Abstract

In the present study, other aspects of legal medicine that may arise for medical staff in the practice of basic pediatric attention are studied. In this case, the medical secret, the information for the patient and informed consent are approached. The legislation in force regarding these questions is examined and discussed: the General Health Law, the Ethical and Deontological Medical Code and the basic law that regulates the autonomy of the patient and his/her rights and obligations in relation to information and clinical documents.
