The minors and the medical assistance after the law 41/2002 of Patient´s Autonomy

The present paper develops in a schematic way the right to information and informed consent of the Law 41/2002 PAL. This is a basic rule that affects to the whole country, and it regulates the patients? autonomy principle, the clinic history, the intimacy, etc. Moreover it is a Law that gives structure to the rights of information and informed consent taking into account the age of the patient. It is a Law that provides an homogenous frame of rights in medical assistance.
