Abstract

We present the case of a 12 years old girl. The diagnosis was achieved using a very efficient resolution process from the Primary Care pediatrician?s office. The case and the process methodology are discussed. It can be an example to promote more resolutive actions that could bring a better assistance quality in our patients.
