Abstract

The policies of MIR vacancies used during these last years have caused numerous problems in our sanitary system. It is due to the imbalance, along the time, between the educational and labor markets. Some of these problems have been increased since 1995 by the new E.U. normative. Using the System Dynamics Approach (Methodology), a simulation model was elaborated trying to observe the impact of these current policies of MIR vacancies on the evolution of the number of Pediatricians and Surgeons in Pediatrics in Spain.
