Abstract
We continue reviewing the Pediatric Cardiology series of clinical cases, which display the reasons for frequent consultation in Primary Pediatric Care. We present them in a brief and practical way, trying to show the usefulness of the electrocardiogram, which proves to be the main diagnostic tool used in Primary Care. This issue describes the case of a 12-year-old girl who suffered an episode of syncope during exercise. Electrocardiographic findings and guidance in the management of this patient are discussed.
