Abstract
Three clinical cases are presented as different forms of expression of a common entity that is ductal ectasia. In the first case, it is a mother who had ended her breastfeeding period months ago and who comes due to an outpouring of brownish liquid from the nipple. In the second case, it refers to an infant whose parents consult for bloody discharge from the nipple. The last case is a teenage patient who began with unilateral breast pain with the appearance of a violaceous lesion on the nipple. All the cases presented are benign entities secondary to breast ductal ectasia at different stages of life that were diagnosed clinically with the support of ultrasound and that resolved spontaneously.
