Abstract

Since the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic alert broke out 3 years ago, in the child population the majority of symptoms have been mild, although an emerging entity has been described, SIM-Ped, capable of producing serious symptoms with cardiovascular involvement, gastrointestinal and rash. A clinical case related to this pathology is described, where a differential diagnosis with Kawasaki disease is made and a new classification of this entity as a clinical spectrum is described.
