Abstract

Child sexual abuse is a serious, low diagnosed fact, generally poorly resoluted by all involved professionals, both sanitary and non-sanitary personal. Deep knowledge of this problem allow us to discriminate false statements, recognize alarmsigns, motivate the right prevention and provide guidance about how to face a child sexual abuse case, after it is diagnosed. This knowledge can also be the first step leading to improve the situating of minors involved in this kind of abuse. In this article, we review theoretical apects of child sexual abuse and introduce some notions about prevention and case management, which is still controversed aspect,without consensuated management guidelines.
