Testicular ultrasound helps diagnosis and incidental findings, as the testicular microlithiasis, are found due to the increased use of ultrasound in recent decades. It is a benign condition, but it has been found associated with testicular tumors, so periodic clinical and ultrasound monitoring is recommended.
