Abstract

We present a radiologic picture with hyperclarity and irregularity in the left ischiopubic phisis, and with assymetrical appearance in both phisis, in a symptomless 3 years old girl. We review the possible diagnostics of this type of picture. In our case, we think this picture is a variant of normality; a new radiologic study a few months after show very nearly disappearance of the initial picture. It demonstrate that it is early stage of definitive closing of ischiopubic phisis.
