Abstract
Pediatric chronic and complex patients are now frequently seen in Primary Health care. A seven years old patient, affected with epilepsy (West syndrome) who was on a ketogenic diet is discussed. This patient had mild hypercalciuria, that worsened with this diet. Hypercalciuria (idiopatic or secundary) is a frequent entity in pediatric patients.
