Abstract
We continue the series of clinical cases in Paediatric Cardiology checking frequent reasons for consultation in the paediatric offices of Primary Care, presenting them in a brief and practical way and trying to show the electrocardiogram usefulness, diagnostic tool available at the primary care office.
In this paper we present the case of an 11 years old girl with a heart murmur found in a well child examination exam. The way clinical and electrocardiography findings guide the diagnosis of this patient is discussed.
