Abstract

Unique parotid gland involvement by Epstein-Barr virus (VEB) is very uncommon. We report two clinic cases presenting with cystic parotid gland mass in relation with infection by VEB as a unique sintomatology, without general disease. They were identified as intraparotid lymph nodes. Outcome was good with spontaneous remission within 1.5 to 2 months.
