Abstract
The items that take part in the salary of the Paediatrician are explained: professional
rank, annual increase, temporary handicap, destiny post, not remunerated leave, discounts,
vacations.
The salary of the Paediatrician in everyone of the two coexistent systems (EAP
Paediatrician and old system Paediatrician) are examined minutely explaining the parts of
it: basic (salary and three-year rewards) ad complementary (destiny complement, specific
complement, productivity complement and continuous duty complement).
