Abstract

We present a case of periodic fever, aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis and adenitis in a child of five years. It?s an illness described recently, in the eighty years, of unknown cause and which involves periodic fever accompanied of stomatitis, pharyngitis and cervical adenitits. The diagnosis and treatment are carried out from the Primary Care Pediatrician?s office. The different causes of the illness, the differential diagnosis and the treatment are discussed.
