Abstract

We present a case of familial and recurrent hemolytic-uremic syndrome in a 3 years old girl. Hemolityc-uremic syndrome is the association of microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia and acute renal failure. It is one of the major causes of acute renal failure in children.
