Abstract
The occurrence of an inguinoscrotal hematoma in the absence of prior trauma or surgical intervention represents a diagnostic challenge, as it may constitute the initial manifestation of an underlying pathological condition in this region.
We report the case of a 9-year-old male patient with a previously unrecognized inguinal lymphatic malformation, which was identified in the context of a hematoma in this location. Clinical history and urgent testicular ultrasonography were essential for accurate diagnosis and management, emphasizing the need for close follow-up and a multidisciplinary approach.
