Abstract
Congenital hepatic cyst is a rare condition that is usually detected by chance on prenatal ultrasound imaging. Less frequently, it may present with manifestations such as abdominal distension, feeding difficulties, respiratory distress, and duodenal obstruction. The diagnosis is primarily made via ultrasound through the identification of its typical features. In general, the prognosis is favorable, and complications are uncommon, so the management is usually conservative.
