Abstract
We present the case of a patient aged 10 years referred by his primary care pediatrician due to radiographic findings showing severe bilateral patellar hypoplasia. The physical examination also revealed generalized hyperlaxity and mild nail dystrophy. The subsequent workup included a genetic study, which led to the definitive diagnosis.
