Abstract

It is related a Brown´s syndrome case associated with a sinusitis in a 12 years old girl. The syndrome consists in a stenosing tenosynovitis of the mayor oblique muscle, which means diplopia when the patient raises in adduction her ill eye. Although the disorder is benign and self-limited, others patologies, such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile chronic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and metastasis, ian appear associated with it.
