Abstract
Lipschütz ulcer, also known as ulcus vulvae acutum, is a rare genital disease, usually seen in young women, before sexual activity onset which diagnosis is clinical and by exclusion, based on detailed history, a complete physical examination and full clinical recovery in about a month.
We present the case of a 10 year old girl with gangrenous form of this entity.
