Abstract

We present you a case of acute scrotum, as a very infrequent manifestation of a ?Henoch-Schonlein Purpura?, received in the casualty department of our Hospital in its 12th day evolution. A differential diagnostic was made with a possible torsion of the spermatic cord because this represents or means a surgical urgency.
