Abstract

The experience along 15 years in a Municipal Health Care Centre is revised. It covers a high social risk population. The authors link the infant pathology with social family problems (drugs, family abuse, monoparental families?). The program stands out the importance of establishing a correct mother-infant attachment so that a family support is established trough an early detection, making easy the access to consultation in order to take care and follow these children.
